Raketech CEO Oskar Mühlbach has highlighted the iGaming affiliate company’s intentions to strengthen the connection between its North American and Maltese organisations.

He was speaking during the launch of its second Rakehub in Lisbon last January, which like the original one in Malta, will provide a “peaceful yet creative working environment” where its employees can collaborate and build meaningful connections with one another.

While it describes itself as a “remote-first company”, it still believes in in-person connections and relationships.

“I am very excited about our Lisbon hub and very much looking forward to seeing the value it will bring to the table. In particular within areas such as improved collaboration, increased efficiency, talent acquisition and management, and last but not least, of course, also culture,” Mr Mühlbach said.

Portugal has made a name for itself as technology hub, with a number of start-ups and investors from various parts of the world being attracted to the country.

“To be able to tap into the large pool of talent that we have learned exists in Portugal as well as building a bridge between our North American and Maltese organisations is very important for us and our continuous success,” he added.

Raketech, which was founded in 2010 and since 2016 has been headquartered in Malta, was built on its vision to “always be the first choice” by driving the industry users and partners at its “core”. It delivers relevant and simplified content within iGaming and helps connect consumers to the services that meet their needs.
