As several local businesses pay tribute to the females in their teams on the occasion of International Women’s Day, KPMG Malta, which forms part of a global network of professional firms, has shared messages of empowerment from its female Partners.
Utilising the Women’s Day tagline ‘Choose to Challenge’, the messages refer to challenging individual actions, conversations, behaviours and mindsets, in order to create a positive and lasting impact on society.
“We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world,” said Juanita Brockdorff, Partner, Tax Services.
In a second strong message, Hermione Arciola, Partner, Deal Advisory, shares, “at KPMG, we believe in a future where everyone feels included, no matter where they work or live, and diversity is embraced, because we believe a future of inclusion is a better future for all.”
