Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Marcel Grech Mallia on Friday marked his 20th anniversary working at Epic Malta, formerly Vodafone Malta.

He first joined the company in 2003 as a Consumer Marketing Executive, prior to its rebranding from Vodafone Malta to Epic in 2020. He has served as CCO at the telecommunications company since June 2020.

“A marvellous journey which has enriched me tremendously in my career and as an individual,” Mr Grech Mallia said while speaking about his time at the company.

“Reflecting on the myriad of stories and people met, the various roles covered, several achievements and some failures, I continue fortifying my conviction that a company’s pivotal asset is its people, and its our topmost responsibility as managers to enable growth, providing constant support and unleashing every person’s full potential, passion, and drive,” he added.

He remarked that “every interaction” he has had over the years, whether with colleagues, customers, or partners, has improved him in “different ways”, and for this he will be “eternally grateful”.

“I look forward to continue achieving great things together,” Mr Grech Mallia concluded.

He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Finance, both from University of Malta, together with other qualifications. Mr Grech Mallia prides himself in “enabling teams to drive growth in B2C and B2B segments”, and has a track record in strategic planning, business and consumer marketing, direct and indirect channel development, among other skills.
