Premier Capital plc announced that Adrian Mercieca will be succeeding Geoffrey Camilleri as Company Secretary.

This comes after Mr Camilleri announced that he will be resigning from the office of Company Secretary with effect from 1st July 2022. He will retain the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr Mercieca’s appointment will come into effect on 1st July 2022. He will also assume the role of Secretary of the company’s Audit Committee.

Premier Capital plc is the Developmental Licensee for McDonald’s in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Romania.

The company generates revenue in excess of €300 million from 167 restaurants, employs over 9,000 people, and serves more than 150 million customers every year.
