Malta-born Andre Borg has been appointed Country General Manager for Hilton Seychelles.
Beginning his career with Hilton as the Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa in the UAE in 2008, before being selected as Director of Operations of the Athenee Palace Hilton in Bucharest two years later.
In January 2014, he was appointed Hotel Manager at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, and later, in 2016, as General Manager for Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa. Under his tenure, the Seychelles hotel achieved a strong commercial performance and launched several eco-friendly initiatives, going on to receive a number of brand, local and international sustainability awards.
