On Friday (today), Fenech and Fenech Advocates announced that Ann Fenech has been ranked as a Star Individual for Shipping in the Chambers Europe Guide 2024.

Dr Fenech is a Partner at Fenech and Fenech Advocates, in addition to heading the Marine Litigation Department she created and through which she dealt exclusively with maritime issues for the past 30+ years. Her main area of practice is all aspects of marine litigation. She was also Managing Partner of the firm between 2008 and 2020.

“The highly esteemed Anne Fenech is a distinguished lawyer for her shipping litigation expertise. She stands out in contentious matters, including cross-border cases relating to procurement disputes and sanctions,” said the Chambers and Partners review.

Chambers Europe ranks top lawyers and law firms across Europe, aimed at providing insights and market intelligence for law firm clients as well as legal professionals.

The rankings are based on in-depth analysis and research, conducted by an experienced team of researchers. Thousands of one-to-one interviews with referees and clients take place on a yearly basis to help the team understand the views and experiences of clients, for the legal work submitting firms have provided.

In addition, she was ranked as Band 1 in Dispute Resolution Malta.
