Established in 1950, the MHS is an NGO focused on studying the history of Malta, diffusing its knowledge, and safeguarding Maltese historical heritage.

The organisation’s new website has been designed to be more visually appealing and to perform better. It has also been enriched with new content, including a digital library with improved search functionality, lectures, and a bookshop, amongst other dedicated sections.

The website also posts event updates and allows visitors to sign up for a membership.

“We are pleased to continue our long-standing relationship with MHS by supporting this revamped website,” Rachael Blackburn, Head of Culture at APS Bank said.

“The MHS does sterling work in studying and safeguarding Maltese historical heritage and, thanks to this make-over, the vital content on their site is now more accessible,” she continued.

APS Bank frequently supports projects, initiatives, and organisations related to the country’s arts and culture scene. One of its most recent sponsorships involved the restoration of an 18th century Our Lady of Mount Carmel statue.
