BENJI GRECH

Benji Tabone Grech on Friday shared that he has been named Head of Sales at TAN Investments, a real estate development company that is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

“It is an honour to announce that I have started a new journey in Lisbon with a team who are exemplary in their execution of quality real estate development,” Mr Tabone Grech said.

He added that he is looking forward to sharing his experience in order to “build a solid sales foundation to complement TAN Investments”, where he will be working on a hybrid basis.

“I am currently working on some very exciting projects, if you are looking at Portugal for investment in real estate or Golden Visas, please get in touch,” he concluded.

TAN Investments works in Europe with a specific focus on the Portuguese market. It sources, develops, and manages projects rigorously, and has over €100 million in assets under management in projects completed or in development in Portugal.

Prior to his new role, Mr Tabone Grech worked at Engel & Völkers, which is now Sara Grech Real Estate, for over 10 years, initially as Strategic Business Development Manager, and then as Managing Director and CEO. During his time at the Malta-based real estate firm, he was responsible for leading and defining goals for Team Leaders to set with agents within its sales and retail teams, among other tasks.

His real estate industry experience also includes stints as Architectural Assistant at Germany-based AUKETT + HEESE, UK’s Latis Group, and Malta-based Bencini & Associates.

He holds a Master of Engineering (Hons) in Architecture & Environmental Design from University of Nottingham, and describes himself as having “creativity, problem-solving, and an eye for opportunity” together with “strong people leadership and customer management”.
