Local software company Bluefort has officially announced the launch of two new product suites – LISA and HARP.

LISA (License and Subscription Automation) is a subscription management product suite built to handle quote-to-cash-to-lifetime customer experiences.

These are the three products available:

  • LISA Business – built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and is targeted towards SMB clients
  • LISA Business Pro – built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and is targeted towards mid-market and enterprise clients
  • LISA Reach – built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Services and is primarily targeted towards managing sales processes (such as quotes and managing sales teams) for businesses of all sizes

HARP (Hyper Automation Rapid Processing), on the other hand, is a hyper automation platform that is also the engine driving the automation in the LISA product suite, with potential for hyper automating more business processes.

“We are very proud to announce our new product suites aimed at helping businesses automate recurring tasks, improve service delivery, and reduce customer churn at a time where there is a shortage of manpower and substantial inflation,” CEO Edward Borg Grech said.
