Global fast-food giant, Burger King, has welcomed a new Global Chief Marketing Officer, Paloma Azulay to its ranks.
She joined Restaurant Brands International (RBI) in 2018 as Chief Creative Officer of Canadian coffee chain Tim Hortons, followed by one year heading the marketing department at Popeyes before being promoted internally to head the marketing division of RBI’s biggest brand: Burger King.
Her appointment follows the recent resignation of RBI’s Global Chief Marketing Officer, Fernando Machado, after seven years with the company.
Prior to joining RBI, Azulay worked with Coca-Cola for 14 years, which she joined as an intern fresh out of University and worked her way up to Creative Excellence Director for Central and Eastern Europe.
