Embark Malta CEO Robert Ancilleri on Monday shared that business leaders need to encourage and foster employee growth, both professionally and personally, within their organisations.

He chose to discuss this topic after the business management consulting firm recently launched a two-year training programme that focuses specifically on “fostering professional and personal growth”.

“An organisation thrives on the competence, integrity, strength and resilience of all the members that represent it,” he explained.

“Nowadays, more than ever before, leaders need to be mindful about having members within their teams embark on a journey to continuously and consistently grow and develop, not just on a professional level, but equally important on a personal level,” he added.

Mr Ancilleri remarked that employee growth it something that Embark Malta takes “very seriously”, as it “strongly” believes that unless this is done, “economic development in our society is not conducive to any real growth beyond the usual economic numbers that we are accustomed to”.

He proceeded to share an image of the launch of the aforementioned training programme’s launch, before stating that the company is “growing fast”. He added that Embark Malta wants to “ensure that this growth rests on a solid foundation” that is made up of the “high quality and calibre of each and every member” of the organisation.
