Josef Said, long-standing CEO at Konnekt, took to social media to mark the recruitment company’s 15th anniversary.

Established in 2007, Konnekt has since evolved into one of Malta’s largest recruitment agencies.

“This journey was possible because a few people did some remarkable actions,” Mr Said wrote.

“One person pushed me to take the plunge. One person trusted me and became Konnekt’s first client. One person made it possible to grow the team. One person was crazy enough to be team member number two,” he added.

Mr Said joined Konnekt upon its foundation, in June 2007, and has served as CEO since then. Prior to this appointment, he served as Director at Integrated Talent Ventures and as an HR Consultant at MISCO.

“[Those people] are followed by thousands of others, being clients, candidates, suppliers, consultants, and colleagues who have made this journey so special,” Mr Said wrote.

“2022 also marks a new beginning – welcome Expedition42,” he concluded.

Expedition42 came to fruition in 2019 with the aspiration to give HR professionals and CEOs superpowers through meaningful quality insights, services, and products.

The company comprises five leading and local brands – Konnekt, Talexio, Jobsinmalta.com, PayrollMalta, and Salariesinmalta.com.
