Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Frank Zahra has tendered his resignation at The Ona Group, announcement by holding company The Ona plc stated on Wednesday.
Mr Zahra’s departure comes just a few months after he was first named in the position, having been appointed CFO last June.

Justin Cutajar, who was appointed Executive Director last October, has been named interim CFO until further notice. Mr Cutajar is an accountant by profession, and previously served as the group’s Company Secretary and Finance Director.
The Board of Directors proceeded to thank Mr Zahra for his service and time to the company, and also wished him well in his future endeavours.
