Christian Curmi on Thursday announced that he has been named Cluster Head of Reservations at Corinthia Hotels Limited.

Mr Curmi, who has extensive experience working in the hospitality industry, previously worked as Front Office Manager at the company’s Corinthia St. George’s Bay for two years. He was also Guest Relations Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager at the St Julian’s hotel.

His experience also includes a year and a half at AX Hotels as Front Office Manager, a stint that came in between his time as Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager at Corinthia St George’s Bay.

Additionally, he was also Front Office Manager at Hotel Fortina Spa Resort in Sliema for over nine years.

Mr Curmi describes himself as a “strong support professional” that is particularly skilled in management and teamwork, among other things.

The Corinthia brand’s portfolio of hotels is owned and managed by Malta-based International Hotel Investments (IHI). Aside from its hotels spread across four different continents, IHI has also delved into residential and commercial real estate markets through a number of investments in subsidiary and associate companies. In Malta, it currently owns Corinthia Oasis, Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa, Corinthia St George’s Bay, Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Radisson Blu Resort, and Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort.
