Clive Spiteri Videoslots

Malta-headquartered casino operator Videoslots on Monday (today) announced the appointment of Clive Spiter as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr Spiteri brings over 15 years of extensive finance experience to the company, as well as a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Throughout his career, he has worked across various sectors, including banking, financial firms, and most recently in iGaming.

Prior to joining Videoslots, he served as Finance Director at Push Gaming Group Ltd for more than two years, where he played a pivotal role in driving automation initiatives that led to significant time savings and enhanced data accuracy within the finance department. This enabled the team to focus more on strategic analysis and value-added activities.

Videoslots Deputy CEO Ulle Skottling said that the company is thrilled to welcome Mr Spiteri as its new CFO.

“His expertise in finance and vision for transformation will be instrumental as we continue to innovate and grow in the iGaming industry,” he added.

Reflecting on his new role, Mr Spiteri said: “As CFO, I envision a future where our finance function becomes a powerful force for transformation, offering strategic insights and generating value throughout the entire organisation.”

Mr Spiteri holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from University of Malta, and also a certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Launched in 2011 after a number of entrepreneurs teamed up to create an iGaming industry leader, Videoslots now offers over 9,000 games from more than 170 game providers.
