Marijana Fedoroff announced on Friday that she was resigning from her role as Cluster HR Director at InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) Malta.
The hotels she served at throughout the past six years, Intercontinental Malta and Holiday Inn Express Malta, are managed by IHG.
IHG is a global hospitality company which comprises 17 hotel brands and IHG Rewards, making it one of the world’s largest hotel loyalty programmes.
Prior to joining IHG Malta, Ms Fedoroff held the role of HR Manager at The Charles Hotel in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
She studied International Business and European Affairs at The American College of Greece between 2008 and 2012, and she also did a Master in Liberal Arts focusing on Business Administration and Management at Harvard Extension School between 2014 and 2020.
Speaking of her experience at IHG Malta as this chapter comes to a close, Ms Fedoroff states that “it’s been a pleasure to work for such a great company and team,” adding that she now looks forward to what’s coming next describing it as “a fantastic and exciting project [that she has] been entrusted with.”
