CSB Group is celebrating the 16th work anniversary of its Head of Compliance, Michael Parlato Trigona, having first joined in 2007, where he held several personal appointments as director, compliance manager and MLRO for CSB’s remote gaming clients.

Taking to social media, the local corporate service provider thanked Michael for his “outstanding dedication and contributions to the Group” over the years.

“His unwavering commitment and expertise have been invaluable to our success. Here’s to many more years of achievements and growth together.”

Michael is described as passionate about leading organisations to strengthen good governance practices. In CSB Group’s words, Michael “is able to bring a real-life and business-friendly, yet robust approach to compliance” from his experience of “handling common misconceptions of, and at times, outright resistance to, risk management and compliance”.

In 2016, Michael formally joined the internal compliance function at CSB Group, and was soon after promoted to lead the department. His responsibilities include all matters related to compliance across the entire Group of regulated companies, from corporate, to trusts, real estate and virtual financial assets.
