Debono Group CFO and COO Gabriele Vecchi has been named in the Toyota President’s Club of 2023, the Malta-based automotive company shared on Monday.
The club is made up of individuals that form part of dealerships selling Toyota vehicles across the world. The company is one of the largest car manufacturers in the world, producing around 10 million vehicles every year.
Each year, Toyota recognises its elite dealerships by rewarding them with the prestigious President’s Club Award, which honours those dealers that “excel in all facets of their operations” and “go above and beyond at each customer touch point and represent the best of the best”.
Mr Vecchi also took part in the 2023 President’s Club Trip which was held recently in Champagne, France.
He first joined Debono Group at the start of 2022 as CFO, before he was then also named COO just a year later. In his two roles, Mr Vecchi has full responsibility for the administration, finance, control, financial planning, treasury and cash flow management, tax, reporting and compliance of the group.
