Director and Joint Owner Michael J. Zammit hosted Malta Sotheby’s International Realty’s annual team assembly at Floriana’s Phoenicia Hotel.

Said ceremony saw the company’s employees enjoy a series of motivational talks, team activities, and an awards ceremony.

“The workshop served as the perfect opportunity to congratulate those agents within the brand who went above and beyond, reaching record breaking achievements,” the company wrote on social media.

Sales Associate Richard Bellerby took home the titles of ‘Top Sales Performance’ and ‘Top Sales Listing Agent’, whilst Sales Associate Natasha Pace received the ‘Runner Up’ award.

Other winners include Sales Agent Josabeth Cassar, who received the ‘Highest Number of Sales Listings’ and ‘Highest Number of Promise of Sales’ titles, Letting and Commercial Agent Alexander Tadj, who took home the award for ‘Top Rental Performance’, Letting Agent Lana Buks-Vaivade, who had the ‘Highest Number of Lettings Listings’ in 2021, and Valentina Carugna, who was named as the company’s ‘Top Letting Listing Agent.’

Administration Manager Shirley Herron took home the coveted ‘Team Player’ award, whilst Marketing and Operations Manager Maxine Fraivillig and Sales Associate Bernard Ferrante both received ‘Long Service Awards’ for their dedication to the company over the past five years.

“We congratulate and thank all of our award winners and the team as a whole for their hard workd and determination,” the company wrote.

“These awards serve as a testament to everyone’s unwavering dedication in assisting their clients and providing the best possible service,” it concluded.
