In March 2022, Adrian Mifsud joined Elmo Insurance as Head of Information Technology. He was promoted to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) less than year later in January 2023.
With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Mr Mifsud has played a crucial role in a number of successful projects throughout his career.
His passion for technology and innovation has allowed him to spearhead Elmo Insurance’s digital transformation and align the technology with business objectives. Recognising the need to adapt to the changing insurance landscape, the company embraced technology to improve customer experience, streamline operations, and achieve growth.
Mr Mifsud’s collaborative approach fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by building what the firm describes as “strong partnerships” across departments.

With roots dating back to 1981, Elmo Insurance offers a range of general insurance business and health insurance products from its Head Office in Ta’ Xbiex and its branch and tied insurance intermediary network spread across Malta and Gozo.
