Mikael Hansson, Chief Executive Officer of Enteractive – a platform dedicated to helping iGaming operators build relationships with their customers – has marked a milestone, 10-year anniversary partnering with Betsson Group.

“We’re immensely proud of our enduring partnership with Betsson Group as one of the leaders in the global iGaming sector,” said Mr Hansson.

“The many years of player engagement is testament to the success of our unique approach to personalised CRM. We couldn’t be more delighted to continue our significant efforts on behalf of such a giant of our industry.”

The CEO presented a silver commemorative plate to Betsson Group’s CEO, Jesper Svensson, and the company’s CRM team last week to highlight the occasion.

Over the years, Enteractive has talked to over 1.6 million Betsson players, from 5.1 million call attempts, with 2.4 million minutes spent by Enteractive agents talking directly to Betsson Group’s players.

The company said that the partnership has served “to unlock additional revenue streams and increase the love and loyalty for Betsson brands through truly personalised player engagement.”

Commenting on the anniversary, Betsson CEO, Jesper Svensson says “Enteractive has consistently led innovation in retention and player engagement for the iGaming sector, which is why Betsson Group sees ever-growing benefits in this working partnership.”

“Their personalised approach to CRM continues to pay dividends and we’re seeing consistently higher numbers of returning players that have a positive impact on our bottom line revenues.”
