Valletta-based Fenlex Corporate Services Ltd has appointed three new Directors to its board – Claire Scicluna, Adrian Mercieca, and Josef Pace.
All three newly appointed Directors have been part of the company’s management team for a number of years.
“Their promotion to Directors is in line with the company’s vision and commitment to prepare the organisation for further growth and development, to recognise individual performance, as well as strengthen its service provision and governance by adding new blood that is experienced and qualified,” the company wrote.
Fenlex has been active in servicing the international business sectors since the 1980s. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Fenlex offers company incorporation, management accountancy, company secretary, tax compliance, and VAT services amongst others.
Ms Scicluna has been with Fenlex for upwards of 16 years. Throughout this lengthy tenure, she has served as Operations & Business Development Manager, Head of Corporate Administration Services, and most recently, Manager.
Mr Mercieca joined Fenlex in March 2008, throughout which period he has managed a team of Administrators servicing a diversified portfolio of international clients. His duties also include acting as Company Secretary for a number of Maltese-registered companies.
Finally, Mr Pace joined Fenlex as a Manager in 2017, before being appointed Financial Controller in 2018. Prior to joining the company, he served a lengthy tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Deloitte Malta.
