Gabriele Bottacci has been appointed Non-Executive Director at FES Finance plc, the company announced on Wednesday.
His appointment came into effect on the same day as the announcement. Additionally, he has also become a member of the company’s audit committee.
Mr Bottacci is a seasoned financial analyst who graduated from University of Studies Rome in 2011 with a Master’s degree in Finance.
He spent seven years at Ergo Vending S.R.L. as a Financial Director, managing the financials of the company. Following that, he spent two years as a Junior Financial Analyst with A&E Funding Management.
Today, he is a Senior Financial Analyst at Malta-based investment advisory firm Polymath & Boffin Ltd, Italy-based law firm Studio Proia & Partners, and Italy-headquartered manufacturer Agla Power Transmission S.p.A. He is also a Non-Executive Director at the latter.
FES Finance plc acts as the financing company for FES Projects Ltd, a property development company which was established in 2017, targeting the “heightening demand” for responsible and professional hospitality services in Malta. The wider FES Group has since diversified its portfolio beyond real estate assets, now focusing on innovative building materials, renewable energy, and sustainable hospitality.
