Valletta-based law firm Ganado Advocates appointed Jennifer Jones and Francesco Apap Bologna as Senior Corporate Governance Managers.

Both appointees had been previously employed with the company.

Francesco Apap Bologna / Ganado Advocates

Mr Apap Bologna joined Ganado Advocates as Corporate Governance Manager back in 1999 and also serves as a Member at the Malta Institute of Management. His areas of expertise include corporate governance, company services, and fiduciary services.

Jennifer Jones / Ganado Advocates

Ms Jones joined the firm in August 2014 as Corporate Governance Manager. In her present role, she is tasked with assisting with the broader company secretarial services provided to clients. Prior to joining Ganado Advocates, she served as Senior Corporate Services Executive at Papilio Services Limited.

Mr Apap Bologna and Ms Jones’ appointments coincide with long-standing Ganado Advocates employee Paul Falzon’s promotion to Senior Regulatory Advisor.

Founded in Valletta, Ganado Advocates has its roots in the early 1900s. Presently, the firm is one of the country’s foremost law practices and is the exclusive member firm in Malta for Lex Mundi.
