Glitnor Group, a Malta-licenced gaming operator based in Ta’ Xbiex, has announced the appointment of Cathryn McGinty as its Chief Human Resources Officer since mid-April 2021.

Ms McGinty brings over 25 years’ experience in senior human resources and organisational strategy to the role, including the previous position of HR Director for iGaming company, William Hill Online.

David Flynn, Glitnor Group CEO, said “Cathryn is the right leader to help us continue to build and nurture an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing culture at Glitnor Group.”

Commenting on her appointment, Ms McGinty said that Glitnor Group has a strong brand and values-driven culture, “which was a key consideration for me when considering my next role.”

Glitnor Group owns a number of customer facing iGaming brands, including Luckycasino, Gambola and its B2B vertical, Swintt.
