Telecommunications giant GO plc has announced that Chief People Officer Sarah Mifsud has tendered her resignation “with immediate effect”.

The Board of Directors thanked Ms Mifsud for her “loyal service” and wished her success for the future.

Ms Mifsud had been with GO since 2012, initially joining as Human Resources, Training and Development Specialist.

Over the past years she has focused on organisational and people development, and operations, thereby strengthening her expertise across different HR pillars. Ms Mifsud’s additional interest in marketing, analytics and technology has helped shape GO’s HR strategies over the years.

In the company announcement, GO said it will “start the search and selection process for a suitable replacement immediately”.

“Further information will be brought to the attention of the public as soon as this is available.”
