Head of Human Resources (HR) and Administration Christabel Carabott on Monday shared that after more than five years, she will be leaving Dino Fino Home + Contract.

She remarked that the decision to bid farewell to the furniture company’s “incredible team” came with “mixed emotions”.

Ms Carabott first joined the company in February 2018 as HR and Administration Manager, a position she held until November 2022, when she was promoted to her latest role.

“I have had the privilege of working with some of the most talented, dedicated, and inspiring individuals I’ve ever known. The camaraderie, support, and shared moments we’ve had together have made this chapter of my career truly special,” she continued.

Ms Carabott proceeded to express gratitude to each and every member of the company, particularly Managing Director Dino Fino for believing in her and providing her with the opportunity to become a part of the team.

“As a young woman, fresh graduate, with limited knowledge and experience, I joined this team to embark on my career journey. Today, I have grown immensely, both professionally and personally,” she emphasised.

She noted that while she is “excited about the new challenges and opportunities that lie ahead”, she will miss the “daily interactions, the shared successes, and even the occasional challenges” the team faced together.

“Thank you again for making my time here memorable and impactful. I have no doubt that this team will continue to achieve great things and reach new heights,” Ms Carabott continued.

“I leave with fond memories and a deep sense of gratitude,” she concluded.

Prior to her time at Dino Fino Home + Contract, Ms Carabott worked at CassarCamilleri Ltd for almost three years, working in various sales-related roles.

She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from University of Malta and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Study World Global College Malta, among other qualifications.
