Henriette Calleja Gafà on Monday announced that she has been appointed Human Resources (HR) Director at Game Lounge.

Her newest role comes after more than six years at the Malta-based iGaming affiliate marketing company.

She had initially joined the company as HR Assistant back in 2018, progressing up the corporate ladder to serve in roles including HR Admin and Recruitment Guru, as well as HR Manager, among others. Ms Calleja Gafà most recently worked as Head of HR, a position she held for more than two years.

Her experience also includes over 12 years at Vodafone Malta (now Epic Malta), during which time she worked in retail and customer care, before making the transition to HR Administrator in 2011.

In between her time at Vodafone and Game Lounge, she had a number of stints at different companies, including HAUD, KPMG Malta, The General Soft Drinks Company Ltd, and Castille.

Ms Calleja Gafà holds a Diploma in HR and People Management from Lead Training Services, as well as a Diploma in Management, Organisational Leadership from Central Mediterranean Business School (CMBS).

Founded in 2011 by Jonas Cederholm and Frederik Langeland, Game Lounge has become a leading Malta-based affiliate marketing company for the iGaming sector in the Nordics and beyond. It provides digital marketing services in the online casino and sports betting industries. Earlier this year, the company appointed seasoned affiliate marketing specialist Richard Dennys as CEO, replacing Mr Cederholm in the position.
