Seren owns and operates five different entities: the luxury Grove of Narberth hotel, the award-winning Coast Restaurant, Saundersfoot’s Kiosk Café, Michelin-starred restaurant Beach House, and luxury holiday planner Routescape.

Mr Agius Ferrante took to social media to reveal his appointment.

Before taking on his latest role, Mr Agius Ferrante served as General Manager and, later on, Hotel Director at Seren’s very own Grove of Narberth.

His experience at the Welsh hotel was preceded by a three-year stint as Hotel Manager at five-star Valletta hotel The Phoenicia Malta.

Mr Agius Ferrante kickstarted his career in the hospitality industry back in 2007, after joining One Aldwych in the UK as a Trainee Receptionist. Over the next two-and-a-half years, he enjoyed a series of promotions which eventually led him to take on the role of Assistant Reception Manager.

Between 2009 and 2016, Mr Agius Ferrante worked his way up at The Berkeley Hotel in London, starting off as Reception Manager and leaving the establishment six years later as Food and Beverage Operations Manager.
