“A mentor once told me, ‘I closed more deals on the golf course than in the boardroom’. You shouldn’t wait for big opportunities to network. Smaller events can lead to major prospects, and Malta’s open, relaxed community makes this easy. It takes more work to build international relationships, but the opportunities are there, and we should all take advantage of the digital tools available to foster strong networks. Right now, it’s the best qualification we can have.”
