Thomas Lefebvre, Group Head of Key Account Operations at Betclic Group has announced his departure from the leading company in sports betting and online games in order to co-found his own business.

“Last Friday, I said Goodbye to Betclic Group,” he shared in a post on social media detailing the news, adding that he “said goodbye to 11 years of my life and mostly, I said goodbye to amazing colleagues whom became friends and family along the years.”

Announcing that it is now time for him to pursue a personal project and co-found his own company, Mr Lefebvre went on to share an email he sent his colleagues on his last day at Betclic, featuring a playful numbers exercise detailing his time there.

Listing some of his achievements over the years, the former Group Head of Key Account Operations gives a special mention to his team, maintaining, “I am so proud of you”, recalling their “legendary times together.”

“I just want to tell you thank you. I know you will always work amazingly with one same goal, the satisfaction of our Key Accounts. Working with you has been amazing, it would have been impossible to do this without you and I will keep you in my heart, always,” he concluded the heartfelt post.
