Martina Fenech, a long-standing employee at Melita Training and Resource Management (MTRM), announced that she will be parting ways with the company after three years.
Ms Fenech announced the news on social media, wherein she also revealed that she will soon be taking on the role of Recruitment Consultant at GCS Malta.
“After three years, today is my last day at Melita Training and Resource Management. I can’t thank everyone enough who taught me so much about training and recruitment,” the outgoing Head of Institution wrote.
“I’m excited to announce that I will be joining the GCS Malta family as their newest Recruitment Consultant. I can’t wait to see where this new chapter of my career will take me, and to continue growing as a professional,” she concluded.
Ms Fenech had joined MTRM back in June 2019 as an Office Executive. Just four months after joining, she was promoted to Assistant Manager. Over the next two-and-a-half years, Ms Fenech enjoyed another two promotions: first to Manager, and then to Head of Institution.
Prior to joining MTRM, Ms Fenech served as Guest Care Host and HR Assistant at the Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort.
GCS Malta, Ms Fenech’s upcoming place of work, is a local corporate services provider holding experienced teams in accounting, advisory, audit, and corporate. The company was founded in 2017 by CEO Christian Gravina and now forms part of a series of international networks.
