“In today’s constantly changing world, identifying and acquiring talent is always a key area for BOV,” Chief People and Change Officer Vanessa Borg said.

“The KSU Careers Expo is a significant date in the calendar where BOV interacts with potential future employees, providing students with insights on the industry that cannot be obtained from a website. We constantly seek opportunities to highlight our commitment to being the employer of choice, offering career paths, growth, benefits, and exciting opportunities in various areas of our group,” she continued.

Speaking to BOV’s staff, students discussed career opportunities based on their individual interests, skills, and values.

Conversations centred around opportunities as well as the academic qualifications and skill-sets required to unlock students’ future potential with a career in a large, modern, and forward-looking institution.
