Amanda Xuereb, Founder of Beauty Trill and Head of Business Development at Toly Group, took to social media to stress the benefits of maintaining a healthy relationship with one’s clients and providers.
“Celebrating your clients’ achievements is one of the most rewarding things as a professional,” Ms Xuereb wrote in a recent post.
“I spend months working with my clients, getting to know them, finding the best products for their vision, and I continue this relationship long past the launch of their cosmetics line,” she continued.
Ms Xuereb’s company, Beauty Trill, is a beauty brand serving other beauty brands. From ideation stage to full product development, Beauty Trill prides itself on managing all its clients’ new product development needs.
“Big wins and small wins, they are all worth celebrating,” Ms Xuereb added in the post, going onto advise to “choose your clients and providers wisely, it is a long-term commitment, an ongoing working relationship, if the connection and understanding are not right, your brand can suffer and you can get burnt out.”
From finding the right packaging to having a great pitch, Ms Xuereb, a seasoned professional in the local beauty industry, also spoke about other key practices beauty business owners should always keep in mind.
“Your clients or providers need to understand your goals and help you work towards them,” she concluded.
