Jonathan De Giovanni, a stalwart of the local tax sphere, has joined Malta-based Promethean Corporate Services as Managing Director and CEO.

Promethean was born earlier this year, following the acquisition of WDM Lex Advisory Ltd and WDM Trustees Ltd by APQ Global. The firm offers a variety of corporate, financial, and personal services, ranging from Citizenship by Investment and Funds to Tax Services and Relocation.

Promethean’s client portfolio spreads over a broad range of industries and includes a series of entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.

Dr De Giovanni joined the firm as CEO and Managing Director last July, although he only announced the news on social media earlier today.

Prior to said appointment, the CEO had been long involved with WDM Lex Advisory as a Partner, Director, and Approved Agent for Malta’s Citizenship by Investment Programme.

He currently also serves as a Visiting Lecture at the University of Malta’s Faculty of Laws, as a Member of the Tax and Unregulated Business Sub-Committee at the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, as a Managing Partner at Cathay Associates, and as a Non-Executive Director at several asset management companies.
