Juan Chervatin is an experienced financial professional, and he has just been appointed Senior Manager in Deal Advisory at KPMG Malta.

In this role, Mr Chervatin will lead valuation, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions engagements, assisting both local and international clients across a variety of industries, including iGaming, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications.

He joined KPMG Malta in March 2022 as a Manager in Deal Advisory and quickly progressed to his current position.

Prior to this, he worked at PwC Argentina, where he spent over two years in the Deals team. Starting as a Senior Associate and later advancing to Manager, Mr Chervatin provided advisory services in valuation and mergers and acquisitions, including capital raising and debt financing.

Earlier in his career, Mr Chervatin was a Financial Planning Analyst at Grupo Insud, a diversified company in Argentina. During his three-year tenure, he was responsible for creating and following up on annual budgets and forecasts alongside business unit directors.
