Exalco Finance has welcomed Kevin F. Dingli as Independent Non-Executive Director and Legal and Judicial Representative of the company with effect from 2nd August 2022.

A subsidiary of Exalco Holdings Limited, Exalco Finance was incorporated on 17th July 2018 to act as the Issuer for the purposes of the Bond.

Exalco Properties Limited, Exalco Holdings’ second subsidiary, acquires and develops high-quality business centres and leases office and retail spaces to third parties.

Said company owns and operates six large business centres in prime locations around Malta, including but not limited to the following: Santa Venera’s Phoenix Business Centre, the Cornerstone Business Centre in Mosta, and the Mayfair Business Centre in St Julian’s.

Dr Dingli is one of the original Founders of the Dingli & Dingli Law Firm, where he’s also been serving as Managing Partner since 1982. He is a duly appointed Deputy Registrar for the International Merchant Marine Registry of Belize (IMMARBE) in Malta, as well as for the Maritime Authority of Jamaica.

The newly appointed Non-Executive Director previously served as President of the Association of Malta Shipowners.

Just last month, Exalco Finance announced that Kevin Valenzia resigned from the office of Director ad relinquished his roles of Audit Committee Member and Legal and Judicial Representative of the Company, with effect from 14th July 2022.
