On Monday, ThinkTalent announced the appointment of Mike Roberts as CEO of the company.

The company notes that Mr Roberts has “a remarkable career spanning across four continents”.

Throughout this time, ThinkTalent continued, he has worked within different industries, supporting, consulting and advising businesses such as Tik-Toc and Caterpillar, as well as SMEs and startups.

“Mr Roberts brings with him a wealth of experience and a global perspective that will be instrumental in driving our mission forward,” ThinkTalent noted.

With 30 years in HR, talent acquisition, payroll, EOR, PEO, immigration and entity formation, he has been tasked with elevating the business to “the next level of customer service.”

This includes introducing new solutions, value-adds, expanding the business internationally and diversifying it “to greater heights.”

ThinkTalent was established in 2009 as an HR outsourcing, training, coaching and mentoring corporate consulting company. It is also the sister company of Ceek, a recruitment agency.
