The Malta Chamber of Construction Management (MCCM) welcomed three new Council Members – Etienne Pavia, Chantal Stagno Navarra, and Edward Howell.

These appointments were made in accordance with the MCCM’s statute and were announced during the chamber’s AGM, held last November.

All three members have previous experience working with the MCCM in varying positions.

Mr Pavia is the Founder and Owner of 81 Real Estate Services, established in 2019. He has been involved in the industry for the past 28 years, starting off in sales before progressing towards the application of project and property development. Mr Pavia will serve as the MCCM’s Treasurer.

Ms Stagno Navarra runs her own company – CNT Concepts and provides architectural related services including interior design and project management. She started off her career in construction as a draughts person with an architectural firm. Ms Stagno Navarra will serve as the MCCM’s Secretary.

Finally, Mr Howell is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and a Chartered Construction Manager. In 2000, he set up his own Chartered Building Consultancy specialising in providing professional services to Developers, Investors, and Industrialists. Mr Howell will be chairing the MCCM’s Membership Board and headings its activities in Gozo.

The MCCM seeks to be the voice of Construction Managers operating at various levels in Malta and beyond.
