Last Friday, Malta Properties announced the appointment with immediate effect of two directors, Aziz Moolji and Cory Greenland.
Mr Moolji currently serves as Vice President at Dubai Holding and previously served as Managing Director at Abraaj – a private equity firm operating in six continents. He also worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch in New York, Hong Kong, and Seoul.
Dr Greenland is a self-employed Notary Public and Human Resources Consultant, and lectures in employment relations and law at the University of Malta. He currently also serves as Non-Executive Director of Malta International Airport and as Chairperson of the Foundation for Tomorrow’s Schools.
Malta Properties is one of the leading owners and developers of commercial properties in Malta. The company owns a portfolio of office buildings and industrial properties which are leased out to blue-chip tenants with long duration leases.
