Mariia Ryzhova-Mifsud, a long-standing employee at Burmarrad-based Mr Messaging, has been promoted to Vice President Procurement and Risk Management.

The newly appointed VP joined Mr Messaging, a telecommunications company, in September 2018 as Head of Roaming and Interconnection.

Two years after that, she was promoted to Executive Head of Procurement and Revenue Assurance. She held the latter role for just over a year-and-a-half before her latest promotion.

Founded in 2012, Mr Messaging seeks to be a one-stop-shop for clients’ SMS requirements, offering services such as number lookup, sending A2P SMS, and two-way SMS.

Prior to joining the telecommunications company, Ms Ryzhova-Mifsud built up a wealth of experience occupying several management positions.

Between April 2018 and November 2019, Ms Ryzhova-Mifsud served as Head of Operations at YOM Ltd and, for a year before that, she held the roles of Customer Care Manager and Business Liaison Manager at IoTFabrix.

Her previous experiences include Customer Care and Business Liaison Manager and PA to the CEO at Worldfone as well as Customer Care Manager at Forbesfone.
