MedservRegis plc has appointed Adam Fitch as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), the logistics company announced on Thursday (today).

His appointment came into effect at the start of February.

MedservRegis is a Malta-headquartered company that provides integrated shore base logistics to the offshore oil and gas industry and engineering and supply chain management for Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) to support the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry. It has a presence in 12 countries across four continents, operating under different trading names, using Medserv in the Mediterranean basin, METS in the Middle East region, and Regis in sub-Saharan markets.

Mr Fitch brings a wealth of international experience in logistics and operations management to the company. He has a distinguished career in the energy sector spanning various continents and countries.

Prior to his newest role, Mr Fitch was Head of Logistics Resource Delivery and Engineering at integrated energy company Eni’s operations in Kazakhstan for over a year. Aside from that, he has also worked at Eni’s offices in Australia, Portugal, and United Arab Emirates (UAE).

His experience also includes stints at IEOC, North Caspian Operating Company NV, and Vela International Marine Limited.

MedservRegis stated that Mr Fitch’s experience will “undoubtedly contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.”
