Mette Lorenzen

Mette Lorenzen, a long-standing employee at Kindred Group, has been promoted to Director of Global Customer Service.

Ms Lorenzen joined the Sliema-based iGaming company as an Account Manager back in June 2012. Over the next 10 years, she was promoted on four separate occasions.

In 2015, Ms Lorenzen was made Acquisition Integration Manager, a position which she held for a year-and-a-half before being promoted to Head of Customer Service.

Three-and-a-half years after that, she was appointed Global Head of Customer Service. Ms Lorenzen held said position up until her latest promotion.

Before joining Kindred Group, Ms Lorenzen served as a Customer Service Agent and Team Manager for three years at Bet24.

The Global Customer Service Director’s appointment coincides with Kindred Group employee Daniel Gambin’s promotion to Director of Player Sustainability earlier this week.

Kindred Group was founded in 1997 to provide customers with a better and safer way to place a bet in the modern digital world.

Nowadays, the group is made up of nine gambling brands: 32Red, Bingo.com, Casinohuone, Kolikkopelit, Maria Casino, Highroller, Unibet, Vlad Cazino, and Ottokasino.
