Nicole Ann Demicoli, former Senior Associate at Salibastafrace Legal, was made Partner at the Valletta-based law firm.
Dr Demicoli joined the firm back in 2019 and currently also forms part of Salibastafrace Legal’s Financial Services and Corporate Law branches.
The newly-appointed Partner started her career within the financial service department of a top-tier law firm in Malta, with her main areas of practice being advising and assisting local and foreign clients operating in the investment services sector.
Following said role, she joined one of the leading fund administrators in Malta and formed part of the cororate secretarial department within the funds department.
Since joining Salibastafrace Legal, Dr Demicoli has been actively involved in the structuring and setting up of investment vehicles and other types of licence holders as well as providing advice and ongoing assistance too clients in Malta and abroad.
Dr Demicoli’s appointment coincides with Joseph Camilleri’s promotion to Senior Associate within the same firm.
Dr Camilleri joined Salibastafrace Legal as a Legal Trainee in 2018 and has, since then, trained in many of the firm’s practices, with his main area of focus being public and civil law.
