Industry expert Noel Zahra celebrated his appointment as Head of Design at Birkirkara and St Albans-based iGaming company MrQ.

Mr Zahra took to social media to mark the occasion.

“Hearing that your work is appreciated is nice, but these kinds of actions don’t happen every day for everyone, so this is very humbling, and I feel lucky to be part of an organisation that celebrates individuals and that appreciates one’s work. No wonder people at MrQ stick around,” he wrote.

“Really looking forward to working with all our designers to continue taking our brand, our culture, and our product to new heights,” he continued.

Founded in 2018 by Lindar Media Limited, MrQ is one of the UK’s fastest-growing casino platforms, offering players a unique gaming experience with real cash wins.

Mr Zahra joined the casino company as Head of Product Design in June 2021. He served in said capacity for just over a year before his latest appointment.

Before joining MrQ, he built up a wealth of experience working in the design departments of a number of companies – many of which operate in the iGaming industry.

Between 2015 and 2021, Mr Zahra served as Product Designer and Product Design Lead at Casumo. Prior to that, he served as Senior User Experience Designer at Cherry Spelglädje AB, as Creative Director at Mobilezapp, and as Interior Designer at Design International.
