Fabio Muscat

Fabio Muscat, Partner of local recruitment agency Tailwag Recruitment, took to social media to celebrate the company’s first anniversary.

Having launched back in July 2020, Tailwag Recruitment describes itself as a ‘boutique’ recruitment agency ‘backed up by some of the most influential individuals within the industry’.

“One year ago we started this journey, today we have evolved to become one of the leading recruiting agencies on the island, providing a service that exceeds most expectations,” Mr Muscat wrote.

Tailwag Recruitment seeks to go beyond the traditional recruitment process that advertises and uses a database search to find its candidates. Instead, the company allows recruiters to access pools of talent that do not respond to approaches via social or advertised media but can be leveraged by referral and relationship.

“Visibility does not necessarily generate delivery, and thus we go to great lengths to build relationships to be able to deliver this talent to our clients,” the company wrote.

Mr Muscat also serves as CEO at OZO Group – a group of companies specialising in the outsourcing and services industries.
