Robert Camilleri, Head of Technical Solutions at PTL Ltd, took to social media to celebrate his first anniversary in this role.

Mr Camilleri originally joined the company in 2008 as a Systems Engineer. Over the next 10 years, he was promoted to Systems Team Coordinator and Operations Lead – Systems Engineering.

In January 2019, he left the company for a short tenure as Project Manager at Harvest Tech, before re-joining PTL the following June.

“As a team, we have faced and overcome various challenges that resulted in wonderful new character-shaping experiences and learning opportunities,” Mr Camilleri wrote.

“I am grateful. Not only do I get to work with talented individuals, but I also get to be myself around them; all hands on deck when things get tough, and collaborative, fun, and light otherwise,” he continued.

Based in Marsa and founded back in 1946, IT company PTL seeks to empower businesses of all sizes to enable them to reach their full potential.

Mr Camilleri re-joined PTL as a Project Manager – a role which he held for just under two years before being promoted to Head of Technical Solutions.

“PTL has not only constantly met my appetite for continuous learning but has also allowed me to explore and evolve into this role. The company has given me confidence in my abilities to lead and to help people,” he wrote.

“Today I wish to thank all my leaders, peers, and colleagues for supporting me in this journey. What a year,” he concluded.
