Reach.mt Managing Partner Ricky Bugeja on Friday emphasised the importance of remaining consistent in order to gradually fulfil one’s targets.
He noted that his new favourite word is “consistency”, with it being integral to various things in life, such as getting fit, building relationships, engaging audiences, and also to “change the world”.
“We all know it’s impossible to give 100 per cent all the time. But give whatever you can, as often as you can, and I can guarantee you’ll see results in whatever it is you’re trying to achieve,” he explained.
Consistency, persistence and discipline are all qualities that business leaders have underlined as crucial to hitting targets and achieving success.
Mr Bugeja noted that it is vital to “think long term”, as “we fall off the wagon from time to time in whatever we do, and that’s ok.” He proceeded to highlight how strategy has no value without proper execution.
“So show up, and dig in. One step at a time. That’s how you smash you goals,” he concluded.
Mr Bugeja is a highly experienced communications professional, and aside from his role at Reach.mt, he is also the Owner of Ricky Bugeja Studios, a business venture through which he provides videography, digital marketing, and photography services. He also had experiences in various management roles at Keen Ltd, Magro Brothers, and RA & Sons Ltd, among other positions.
He holds a Bachelor of Communications (Hons) in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, both from University of Malta. He is also reading for a Master of Science in Strategic Management and Digital Marketing from the same university.
