Gordon Cordina

Following the announcement made by MAPFRE Middlesea plc on 29th April 2022, the company has now confirmed that the Malta Financial Services has granted regulatory approval for the appointment of Gordon Cordina as non-Executive Director.

Following the approval, Dr Cordina’s effective start date is 20th September 2022.

He currently serves as Chairperson on the Board of Directors at Bank of Valletta (BOV) and as Executive Director at E-Cubed Consultants Ltd where he has been for over 15 years.

In the past, Dr Cordina served as non-Executive Director at HSBC Bank Malta and as Head of the Economics Department at the University of Malta.
