Renzo Harmse, born in South Africa, has been appointed as Chief Growth Strategist at Up Ltd, a company founded in Malta focusing on performance-enhancing coaching for professionals and organisations.

Renzo has lead business development in small and large companies in Africa, Middle East and Malta, with significant results across a variety of industries. He is also an entrepreneur with his own tech solutions and apps that provide a range of solutions in Ecommerce, personal security and personnel management. 

As UP ltd continues it’s expansion in the Middle East, Renzo’s skillset and strategic focus will help drive the UP Your Level leadership academy, VISTAGE and other advisory services that focus on raising the game of CEOs, Business Owners and Executives. 

Renzo describes himself as results-driven business leader with 15+ years of diverse industry experience, with a primary focus on Financial Services , FinTech, SaaS and MarTech. With proven accomplishments as a Founder, CEO and Growth focused Leader. Demonstrating success in business launch and growth, strategic marketing and team leadership.
